To assist with planning your stay at one of Diamond Resorts' apartments in UK and Spain, please find answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions below.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. Charges apply. Please contact the resort reception on arrival.
Check-out is prior to 10:00 am. Late check-out may be available until 12 noon at a rate of €10/£10 per hour, subject to availability. Please contact the resort reception during your stay.
If you intend to arrive later than midnight on your arrival date please notify the resort as soon as possible otherwise your reservation will be deemed as a ‘No show’ and may be cancelled. To speed up check-in, please let us know your flight details (if applicable) prior to arrival.
Special requests for specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed. The resort will try to accommodate your requests; however, they depend upon availability at the time of your apartment assignment at check-in.
If you have any accessibility requirements or needs that you wish to discuss, please call +44 (0)845 359 0009 prior to making a reservation. Adapted units are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.
- For Saver Rate reservations a debit or credit card is required. Full payment for this reservation will be charged within 72 hours of booking. No modification or cancellation is permitted on this rate plan. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. If you fail to check-in, full payment of this reservation will be retained. An additional charge is applicable for the use of certain resort facilities including, but not limited to the onsite leisure facilities. Full details are available on the facilities page.
- For Leisure Rate reservations a debit or credit card is required. Full payment for this reservation will be charged within 72 hours of booking. No modification or cancellation is permitted on this rate plan. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. If you fail to check-in, full payment of this reservation will be retained. Includes use of the gym and indoor pool facilities at the resort. An additional charge is applicable for the use of other resort facilities. Full details are available on the facilities page.
- For Flexi Rate reservations a debit or credit card is required. Full payment for this reservation will be charged upon arrival at the resort. Cancellation or modification is permitted up until 7 days prior to arrival. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. If you fail to check-in, full payment for this reservation will be charged to the card provided when booking. An additional charge is applicable for the use of certain resort facilities including, but not limited to the onsite leisure facilities. Full details are available on the facilities page.
- All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to Diamond’s group booking conditions. Full payment for Flexi Rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made.
Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All under 18’s are included in the occupancy level for your apartment save for infants under the age of 2 years old.
Upon check-in all guests occupying the accommodation including children must present a valid form of identification along with confirmation of your reservation.
The resorts require a valid credit card to charge a refundable security deposit of €100/£100 per apartment upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay upon inspection of your apartment(s) however please note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution.
All apartments are self-catering and meals are not included. Other extras including use of leisure facilities are not included in the room price unless booked on a Leisure Rate, however they may be available to purchase at the resort. A limited housekeeping service is provided, apartments are not cleaned daily during your stay - a cleaning schedule will be provided upon check in.
Free WiFi is available in the accommodation and is included in every stay. The maximum number of WiFi devices varies depending on the size of the accommodation unit and number of bedrooms. Please see apartment amenities for details.
For Saver Rate and Leisure Rate reservations no modification or cancellation is permitted. If you fail to check-in, full payment of this reservation will be retained.
For Flexi Rate reservations cancellation or modification is permitted up until 7 days prior to arrival. If you fail to check-in, full payment for this reservation will be charged to the card provided when booking. Click Modify/Cancel Reservation on the website homepage or call +44 (0)800 358 6991.
Due to the nature of our resorts, they are not suitable or recommended for stag/bachelor, hen/bachelorette parties or similar parties.
