Ongoing apartment refurbishments will take place from 2 November 2020 to 27 February 2021. This work will generate some noise and construction equipment may be visible during this time. This will take place Monday to Friday. Thank you for your understanding.
Enjoy a free Flamenco show performed in Virgen de la Peña square and spend time discovering Mijas Pueblo. One of the hidden gems of the Costa del Sol, the village boasts much of its original charm and nestles on the mountainside at 428 metres above sea level. Note: there is no organised tour for this event.

Starlite is the best boutique festival in Europe with more than 46 days of music, culture and gastronomy. The diverse line-up includes concerts from the Beach Boys, Il Divo and many other Spanish and international artists.

The annual Malaga city fair is an exuberant nine-day street party commemorating the re-conquest of the city by Isabella and Ferdinand in 1487. Expect plenty of flamenco, 'fino' (sherry) and a huge firework display!
January and August
All pools undergo annual maintenance and cleaning. The main swimming pool in Royal Gardens will be closed in January and the indoor pool and whirlpool will be closed for two weeks in August. Pool maintenance turnaround will take approximately two weeks per pool.
Noisy, colourful and entertaining, Fuengirola street market is great fun whether you plan to buy anything or not. For many generations it has provided the local community with a huge variety of products including beautiful fresh flowers, hand-made jewellery and clothes, eclectic antiques and traditional Andalusian products. Happy bargain hunting! Note: There is no organised tour to this event.
